Cinnamon Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt (with live active cultures!)

  • 1-2 Cups Water (to mix with yogurt)

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 tsp Hemp Seeds

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds

  • 2-3 Dates, pitted

  • Splash of Vanilla Extract

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon (save more for optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Begin by mixing together the Greek yogurt and water until you achieve a milk-like consistency to create a smooth base for your smoothie.

  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients, including the yogurt-water mixture, frozen banana, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, pitted dates, a splash of vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.

  3. Blend everything on high until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
