Cinnamon Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Cup Greek Yogurt (with live active cultures!)
1-2 Cups Water (to mix with yogurt)
1 Frozen Banana
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Flax Seeds
2-3 Dates, pitted
Splash of Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Cinnamon (save more for optional garnish)
Instructions:
Begin by mixing together the Greek yogurt and water until you achieve a milk-like consistency to create a smooth base for your smoothie.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients, including the yogurt-water mixture, frozen banana, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, pitted dates, a splash of vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
Blend everything on high until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
