Homemade Honey Mustard

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp Kewpie Mayo
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Honey Mustard:
In a glass jar with a lid, combine the Dijon mustard, Yellow mustard, Kewpie mayo, Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), Balsamic vinegar, and Honey.
2. Shake to Emulsify:
Seal the jar with the lid tightly.
Shake the jar vigorously until all the ingredients are fully emulsified and the mixture has a smooth, creamy consistency.
3. Serve and Enjoy:
Drizzle it over your favorite salad for a burst of flavor or serve it in a ramekin for convenient dipping. Enjoy!
