Homemade Honey Mustard


Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp Kewpie Mayo

  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Raw Honey

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Honey Mustard:

  • In a glass jar with a lid, combine the Dijon mustard, Yellow mustard, Kewpie mayo, Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), Balsamic vinegar, and Honey.

2. Shake to Emulsify:

  • Seal the jar with the lid tightly.

  • Shake the jar vigorously until all the ingredients are fully emulsified and the mixture has a smooth, creamy consistency.

3. Serve and Enjoy:

  • Drizzle it over your favorite salad for a burst of flavor or serve it in a ramekin for convenient dipping. Enjoy!
