Hydrating Hibiscus Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • Hibiscus-Flavored Sparkling Water

  • 1 Fresh Mint Sprig

  • Juice from ½ Lime (save extra for garnish)

  • 1 Strawberry

  • 1 Small pinch of Mineral Salt

  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Begin by muddling the strawberry with 3-4 mint leaves and the juice from half a lime in a glass.

  2. Add ice to the glass.

  3. Pour hibiscus-flavored sparkling water over the ice.

  4. Garnish your mocktail with the remaining mint leaves and additional lime slices if desired. (If you aren’t keen on pulp in your drink, feel free to strain it).

  5. Enjoy this refreshing and hydrating hibiscus mocktail!
