Wild Blueberry Protein Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Whole Milk

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (I am currently using Garden of Life’s “Protein + Greens” powder in vanilla)

  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds

  • 1 tsp Hemp seeds

  • ¼ Cup Frozen Wild Blueberries

  • 1 tsp Maca Powder

  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt

  • ½ tsp Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a mason jar or your preferred glass.

  4. For an eco-friendly touch, use a reusable straw.

  5. Sip and savor the goodness of this wild blueberry protein smoothie!
