Wild Blueberry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Scoop Protein Powder (I am currently using Garden of Life’s “Protein + Greens” powder in vanilla)
1 tsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp Hemp seeds
¼ Cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
1 tsp Maca Powder
¼ cup Greek Yogurt
½ tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Instructions:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a mason jar or your preferred glass.
For an eco-friendly touch, use a reusable straw.
